Application

Plastic deodorant can be used widely in plastic field.Used in plastic products, it lightens or removes odor or peculiar    smell caused by agent or material itself.It is especially applied to plastic products which are made of regrind materials to raise the value of product.Additionally, used in plastic, it has functions of lubricant and block resistance. It is widely used in PVC、PE、PP、ABS、PA6、PET、PS、PVDC,etc.

It is of no toxicity, no irritation white powder.It quickly removes odor by trapping,enveloping and neutralizing aldehydes and ammonia irritant gases.

• UsageMethod:

Add it in materials directly and mix well,do no mix together with oil or water,application temperature over100 ℃,

higher effects better.

• ApplicationMethod

PVC,PVDC add 0.3%-0.8%(depends on testing dosage when plasticizer odor is too heavy).

ABS, PA6,PP,PET,PS add 0.3%-0.5%(Experiment decides the specific amount.)
